The Holman-Miller Sign is a radiographic sign characterized by anterior bowing of the posterior maxillary wall due to a space occupying lesion in the pterygopalatine fossa (PPF).1
It is often described as a pathognomonic feature with a Juvenile Nasal Angiofibroma (JNA).
